Bookings:
When requesting a reservation an account number will be provided to make a transfer of the amount equivalent to 1 night, the rest can be paid in cash or by card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro) on the day of arrival.
Cancelation conditions:
If you cancel within 30 days or less of the arrival date, the reservation money is not refunded.
Accommodation and occupancy:
Gatherings of family or friends are not allowed in the apartments, they can only be occupied by registered guests.
The hotel facilities are for the exclusive use of our clients.
Pet admission:
Dogs are allowed on request and with the following conditions:
- 1 dog per house.
- Do not exceed 20 kg
- Don’t get on the couch.
- Do not enter the bedrooms.
- Do not stay alone in the house if you bark a lot and could disturb other tenants.
- You can`t use the showers to wash it.
If so, we will be happy to receive your dog.
The good behavior of pets makes more establishments admit them.
